Reset your family meals in 2026
Join our 6-week live program for parents ready to end mealtime battles and raise more confident, adventurous eaters
You know your family needs a reset when it comes to mealtimes
Cooking dinner used to bring you joy, but now it feels like an inconvenience – what’s the point when no one’s going to eat what you make? Every time you think about heading to the supermarket you get overwhelmed. And packing lunchboxes – well you’re all out of ideas and it’s only the first week of term.
You’re not alone. Call it the end of the holidays or the start of the school year, but whatever it is you’re over it. And your kids are too.
You know you all need a reset. But the idea of adding one more thing to your plate? Forget it.
It’s time to get back to the basics of feeding your family
This isn’t about doing more. Instead, we want to help you go back to the essentials, figure out what’s most important and give you guidance to roll it out over six weeks.
The Family Mealtimes Mini Series is a six week short course on the foundations of raising confident, adventurous kids.
Think of this as the TL:DR version of what we share in our Family Mealtimes membership. No overwhelming information dumps. Just the essentials to help you feel like you’ve got this.
Here’s what’s different about the Family Mealtimes Mini Series
The main Family Mealtimes membership was designed by Dr Kyla and Dr Gemma to help give your school-aged kids (and you!) a better relationship with food and their bodies. But we know that life gets busy, and sometimes you just need it laid out for you, which is why we created the Family Mealtimes Mini Series.
Focused on the essentials
The right amount of information to bring you up to speed on what you need to know, now.
Designed for busy families
Bite-size videos and practical lessons you can apply right away.
Expert guidance and support
Weekly Q&As plus a private Facebook group mean help isn’t ever far away
Created for real transformation
Six weeks is enough time to see real change and build new habits
Designed for parents of school-aged kids, this is your chance to ‘lean in’, get support and leave feeling energised, refreshed and encouraged to tackle the rest of the year ahead.
It’s not just about mealtimes
You want your kids to enjoy food, of course. But when you feed your family it’s about so much more than just what they eat.
We speak with so many parents who are worried about how to approach bigger conversations around body image and diet talk.
Maybe you grew up with unhelpful conversations about your body, so while you’re trying to approach things differently with your own children, you don’t know exactly what to say.
You might have concerns about what your kids hear and see at school or in the big world, and you want to make sure you’re equipping them with the tools to manage this as they become more independent.
In the Family Mealtimes Mini Series, we give you guidance and tools to approach these conversations with your kids in an age-appropriate, research-backed way.
At the end of the series you'll feel more confident to:
Each week we cover a new foundational module

Here’s how it works
The Family Mealtimes Mini Series is provided exclusively for Family Mealtimes members with a school-aged child. Once you join the membership, you’ll have instant access to Module 1.
This year the live portion kicks off on Friday 27 February with a welcome call from Dr Kyla and Dr Gemma. Module 2 will drop on the same day so you can begin working your way through it.
Each Friday you’ll get access to a new learning module. You'll also get a weekly menu so you can begin to prep your family meals for the week ahead.
There’ll be live Q&A call every Thursday evening so you can ask *any* questions that have come up before the next topic drops. Replays of the live Q&A sessions will be available the next day.
Once unlocked, each week's content will stay open until the course portal closes (12th April).
Note: The Mealtimes membership is a monthly subscription with no minimum and you can stay for as long as you like. We make it easy to sign up, switch content, and cancel when you’re ready.
Ready for a more confident approach to feeding your child?
The Family Mealtimes Mini Series only runs once a year. This is your chance to reset for calmer mealtimes and more confident eaters in 2026.
