The low avocado content (34% avocado) is disappointing. For a dip with more avocado, try Obela’s Smashed Avocado dip (98% avocado) or Avofresh’s Smashed Avocado dip (97% avocado).
The saturated fat is just above recommendations at 4.4g per 100g, but this is actually less than most other avocado dips. Total fat content is high (54.2g per 100g), which comes mostly from the canola oil and avocado. Most of this is unsaturated fat, so it’s not an issue.
The dietary fibre content is not listed on the nutrition information panel, which is a shame as avocados are naturally high in fibre.

Yumi’s Avocado and Sea Salt dip doesn’t quite make the cut for me, mostly due to its low avocado content.
For a ready-to-go avocado dip with more avocado, no added sugar and lower sodium content, try Obela’s or Avofresh’s Smashed Avocado dips. You do pay slightly more for the higher avocado content of these dips.
