“No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives” – most packaged products are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives these days, so this statement doesn’t mean much anymore.

Alternatives

Overall, this yoghurt pouch ticks a lot of boxes: no added sugar, high in calcium, meets our target for saturated fat and at a mid-range price point.
The high calcium content is handy for children who struggle to eat enough high calcium foods. However, if your child regularly eats milk, cheese, and yoghurt, then Woolworths No Added Sugar and Brownes Dairy Wiggles No Added Sugar yoghurt pouches are also decent options.
